2. clear cookies and view website4 as retail, no login. |

3. fill shopping cart either by |

- shopping sebsite or by
- placing product code in "search" box to populate the shopping cart

4. to email quote or order, click "file/send" in your menu bar and email |
|

5. to fax quote or order, click "file/print" and fax |
