Production and delivery times are not guaranteed so please do not schedule installation until your products have been received, inspected, and accepted. Tips for Saving on Motor Freight Fees
- Buy shorter rods (under 104” in length) and join them onsite using a connector, especially when using center draw drapery options and/or stationary panels. A support bracket will be needed where you join the rod. Other support brackets may be needed as well depending on the length of the rod.
- Have your order delivered to a commercial address. Freight carriers charge additional fees for delivery to residential addresses.

Designer accounts are elegible for Free Small Package Ground shipping for orders over $700 (excluding shipping charges). Free Shipping does not apply to any applicable Motor Freight Charges and is not available for expedited shipping options.
